2. Mandatory Check-In Required

3. Join as a Funkaar site member 

4. Minimum 5% non-refundable processing fee is charged for all purchases.

5. Simulator is not intended to replace classes but is supplemental exam preparation in addition to our classes.

6. Simulator Access is valid for multiple tries within
   30-calendar days from payment regardless of use. For students currently enrolled in class, access to simulator is extended to align with division syllabus expiration date if it exceeds 30-days from purchase. We have a 'use it or loose it' policy.
