There are times when some clarity's been sacrificed to get through all the material—but construction code is, sadly, messy to start with so it would be hard to clarify any further than the original muddy laws.

This online ARE prep course was very tough, but proffessor Hanlon is very knowledgeable and gives excelent consolidated information, lectures and tips to be able to focus on exam content material.
