Prof Hanlon is very skilled at teaching this course and she teaches very difficult material in a very understandable way. I would definitely take more classes with her. Have already taken one other. She s very patient and open to clarification. She takes the time to make sure the student understands the material.

This is a tough course with a lot of content. She knows what she is doing and a real wealth of knowledge. Shares test taking strategies and actually teaches what is on the exam. Initially came off a little tough and wasn't sure what to think but she is a really great teacher.

Overall a great professor! Professor Hanlon gives a lot of complicated information, but uses charts and diagrams to explain and make it a bit clearer and easier to understand. She also thinks about how questions may be asked on the exam and presents all options to the class.

Professor Hanlon is by far one of the best teachers/instructors/lecturers I have ever had through all of my years of learning. She is concise but thorough. She takes the time to really help you grasp key learning concepts. I would DEFINITELY recommend this class to others who are pursuing licensure. 5-Star Rating!!!!

Fast-paced dive into CSE prep. I've yet to take the CSE, but found the ARE prep course taught by the same instructor to be a valuable filter for the overwhelming amount of material one could consider in reviewing/studying to pass. Do yourself a favor and get it done asap.

Professor Hanlon is extremely knowledgeable about the ARE topics and exams. Most of the material was new, so a lot of times it is very difficult to keep up with her lectures while note taking during the lecture. Note taking is extremely important because of how much material is covered. Overall, I feel confident going into the exam after studying.

The online class was convenient for working professionals. It gets tough at the end with consecutive weekends of lectures. Professor is very knowledgeable on every subject. It is really on the student to do the outside of class study to pass the exams. The syllabus are thorough and have everything you need to pass, just need to make time to study.
